Tenant application process
To apply for tenancy, please complete the following steps:
Choose a Unit & Submit Your Application
Browse available rental units and fill out the application form.
Prepare the following documents to submit with your application:
Copy of your photo ID
Copy of your Social Security card
Income verification (provide one of the following):
One month of recent pay stubs, or
Three months of bank statements, or
Most recent W-2 form or income tax return
Pay Application & Background Check Fee
Submit the required payment to cover processing and background screening.
Confirm Background Check via Email
You’ll receive an email to authorize your background check—make sure to complete this step promptly.
Final Approval & RentRedi Registration
Once approved, you’ll be invited to register on RentRedi to pay your first month’s rent and security deposit.
